Check-in & Check-out Policy

• Check-in time: after 2:00 PM.
• Check-out time: before 12:00 PM.
• Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be made in advance and are subject to room availability at the time of request.

Early Check-in & Late Check-out Surcharges

• Early check-in before 7:00 AM or late check-out after 6:00 PM: a surcharge equivalent to one night's room rate.
• Early check-in from 7:00 AM to before 11:00 AM or late check-out from 3:00 PM to before 6:00 PM: a surcharge of 50% of the room rate per night.
• Early check-in from 11:00 AM to before 2:00 PM or late check-out after 12:00 PM to before 3:00 PM: a surcharge of 30% of the room rate per night.

Additional Surcharge Policy

• Children under 6 years old: complimentary when sharing a room with their parents, with a maximum of 2 children per room.
• Children from 6 to under 10 years old: breakfast surcharge of VND 175,000 per guest.
• Children aged 10 years and above: surcharge of VND 350,000 per guest, including an extra bed.
• Adult breakfast: VND 175,000 per guest.
• Extra bed: VND 350,000 per guest per night, including breakfast.
